Jiangsu Little Sun New Material Equipment Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as XTY) is a manufacturing base integrating R&D, production, sales and service of various functional film stretching equipment. It engages in maintenance, upgrading and renovation of film production lines for PTFE, PET, PI, PP and PE materials.

Independently developed and manufactured, our film stretching equipment features energy conservation, environmental friendliness, high efficiency and superior quality. Adopting imported control technology, it ensures stable and reliable operation of all control points. Self-developed control systems and core components such as fabric clips and guide rails deliver smooth equipment running and effectively avoid film rupture. The uniquely designed air duct ensures even temperature distribution and improves product yield.

Films produced by XTY stretching equipment boast uniform texture, good air permeability, high tensile strength, excellent insulation and non-stick property. They are widely applied in masks, garments, electronics, communication, cables and filter belts. The waterproof and breathable property makes the films ideal sterilizing filter media to prevent virus transmission, suitable for garment, mask and filter film production. PP films are used for packaging, adhesive tapes, capacitor films and cigarette packaging. PET films serve as base materials for electrical films, magnetic tapes, photosensitive materials and packaging films. PE and PI films are widely adopted in new energy sectors such as power battery and lithium battery separators.

We also offer customized core components including special film clips, chains and guide rails, as well as control systems and complete film stretching units. Customized equipment can be tailored to specific requirements on running speed, fabric width, temperature and other technical parameters.
